Installation Compiler

This section describes the installation for two different Tasking C166 compilers:

Tasking C166/XC16x and ST10/Super10 V8.7
Tasking VX-toolset for C166/ST10

Tasking C166/XC16x and ST10/Super10 V8.7

The compiler bridge for your product implements the interface for your compiler details.

The following files are installed in the directory Source of your product release:

WSTCompiler.h
WSTCompiler.c
WSTCompilerTypes.h

The following directory is installed in the directory Samples\Code of your product release:

CreateRXFLibrary which is an EDE Project Space which enables you to create the libraries RXFD.lib and RXFR.lib which you can use in your projects to link with.
GettingStarted which is an EDE Project Space which serves as a GettingStarted example.

The following file is installed in the directory Config\MemorySections of your product release:

WSTMemoryTypePragmas.txt.example which serves as an example of WSTMemoryTypePragmas.txt; please refer to the documentation on Memory Section Management.

Tasking VX-toolset for C166/ST10

The compiler bridge for your product implements the interface for your compiler details.

The following files are installed in the directory Source of your product release:

WSTCompiler.h
WSTCompiler.c
WSTCompilerTypes.h

The following directory is installed in the directory Samples\Code of your product release:

CreateRXFLibrary which is an Eclipse workspace which enables you to create the libraries RXFD.lib and RXFR.lib which you can use in your projects to link with.
GettingStarted which is an Eclipse workspace which serves as a GettingStarted example.

The following file is installed in the directory Config\MemorySections of your product release:

WSTMemoryTypePragmas.txt.example which serves as an example of WSTMemoryTypePragmas.txt; please refer to the documentation on Memory Section Management.
